Summer Open Gym

Venom will be hosting open gym sessions for the upcoming 2026/2027 season. The emphasis on the open gym sessions will be game play. This will also allow athletes to meet coaches for the upcoming season and learn about our summer training programs. Please note that some time slots may change. Athletes should register for the age group they will be playing in for the 2026/2027 season.

Open gym session is geared towards athletes that played in the 2025/2026 season and is looking for athletes of experience. This program is NOT catered for beginners.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds minus a 10% admin fee will only be given to those that wish to cancel their registration before the session starts. If you do not want to take the 10% admin fee, we can issue you a credit to any NON rep related programs. Credit will be good for 1 year. If an athlete cannot attend the session due to an injury regardless of where they got hurt, a future credit will be given.

NO refunds or Credit will be given after the 5 sessions! No refunds will be given to those that cancel once the program starts. In the event Venom has to cancel the program for any reason, full refunds will be given. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN TO OPEN GYM REGISTRATIONS.
