Refund/Cancellation Policy
Full refunds minus a 10% admin fee will only be given to those that wish to cancel their House League or Camp registration before the session starts. If you do not want to take the 10% admin fee, we can issue you a credit to any NON rep related programs. Credit will be good for 1 year. If an athlete cannot attend the session due to an injury regardless of where they got hurt, a future credit will be given. TRYOUT FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
Refund and Credit Policy

House League: No refunds or credits will be issued after the first 5 sessions.

Camps: No refunds will be issued once camp has started. Credits may only be issued if cancellation occurs before the second day of camp.

Open Gym: No refunds or credits will be provided for open gym sessions.

Program Cancellations by Venom: In the event that Venom cancels a program for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
