REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds minus a 10% admin fee will only be given to those that wish to cancel their House League or Camp registration before the session starts. If you do not want to take the 10% admin fee, we can issue you a credit to any NON rep related programs. Credit will be good for 1 year. If an athlete cannot attend the session due to an injury regardless of where they got hurt, a future credit will be given, if it has not passed 5 sessions.

NO refunds or Credit will be given after 5 sessions of House League! No refunds will be given to those that cancel once the program starts, only a credit will apply if it hasn’t passed 5 sessions. In the event Venom has to cancel the program for any reason, full refunds will be given. Tryout fees and Open Gym registration is not refundable
